Same-day bookings are welcome and can often be arranged within 1 to 2 hours depending on therapist availability. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays and Tet. No advance payment is ever required — you pay in cash in Vietnamese Dong directly to your therapist after the session is complete. Once confirmed, you will receive your therapist's name and an estimated arrival time so you know exactly what to expect.

Within 10 km of District 1, there is no transportation fee. For locations beyond 10 km, a small travel surcharge of 50,000 VND applies, disclosed upfront before you confirm. We do not currently operate outside Ho Chi Minh City. Our service area spans more than 20 districts and hundreds of hotels, making us the most widely available in-room massage service in HCMC.

A late-night surcharge of 100,000 VND applies for bookings between 11 PM and 7 AM. Tipping is not required but always appreciated — a gratuity of 50,000 to 100,000 VND (approximately 2 to 4 USD) is a kind gesture if you enjoy your session. ATMs are widely available throughout Ho Chi Minh City for guests who need VND.

What should I prepare before the massage?

Your therapist brings massage oils and any specialized equipment needed for your chosen service. We recommend showering beforehand so you feel refreshed and get the full benefit of the session. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or underwear — you will be professionally draped throughout the massage to protect your privacy and modesty at all times. If you have specific areas of tension, recent injuries, or pressure preferences, note them to share at the start of the session. Remove any jewellery before the therapist arrives, and secure valuables in a safe place. After your session ends, allow yourself 10 to 15 minutes to rest before resuming activities, and drink plenty of water to help your body recover fully.
